Rental cashiers, counter representatives, and techs to provide great service to our guests. Duties include boot fitting, ski/snowboard adjusting, and all aspects of running a rental shop. We offer day and night shifts. Prefer some customer service experience.
Familiarity with winter soft goods and winter apparel. Retail sales positions include cash and credit card handling. Prefer some retail and customer service experience. Some computer experience helpful.
These positions are responsible for lift access products. This is an indoor position which is very interactive with the guests. Some computer experience necessary, cash handling and customer service experience a plus. Some night positions available.

Operates lifts, ensure guest safety, and provides excellent customer service. Provides safe loading and unloading lifts. Maintain lift ramps by shoveling and raking, and cleaning snow from chairs. Provides excellent customer service by interacting with guests, answering questions, organizing lift lines, and helping load and unload small children safely. Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and be 18 years or older. Day and night shifts available.
EMT certification is required. We have full time and part time positions available. Intermediate - Advanced skiing skills required. Daily duties include stabilization and transportation of injured guests, snow safety, maintenance of resort area signs, ropes, and padding, in addition to other duties.
Remove snow from parking lot and associated areas in preparation for guests.
Experience with Heavy Equipment such as Plows, Loaders and Snowblowers
required. Variable hours depending on weather.
Behave maturely, be able to talk easily with guests, and provide guests with accurate information. Courteously check tickets in the lift maze, keep maze flowing in a smooth fashion, make sure all guests boarding the lift are properly ticketed. Assist lift operators shoveling, raking and keeping the lift station in proper order. Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Ticket Checkers can be as young as 14.
Direct customers where to park and provide the first point of customer service to our guest. Park cars orderly and efficiently to maximize parking space. Provide friendly and useful information to customers as they enter resort property. Good physical condition, must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Mostly morning schedule.
Drives employee vanpool vehicle to transport employees to and from work.
Follows a scheduled route around Truckee and Donner Summit. Must hold valid
drivers license, pass pre employment drug test and have clean DMV history.
Commercial license not necessary. Full or part time.
Must enjoy kids! The Boreal Kids Club is an indoor and outdoor program, so instructors will be teaching our guests to ski and snowboard, as well as indoor activities including games, videos, and art activities.
Boreal is looking for enthusiastic and motivated skiers or snowboarders who want to explore the exciting world of instruction. If you are interested in becoming an instructor, you should be capable of comfortably riding or skiing on most groomed blue runs and enjoy meeting new people.
Must be PSIA Certified skier. Management experience preferred, but not a requirement. Must have leadership role capabilities. This is a full-time seasonal position. Will help with daily operations, computer data entry, and train staff. Pay DOE.
Must be in good physical condition and enjoy working with families and young people. Sledding hill attendants are responsible for keeping our sledding area safe and controlled for our guests. There is ticket checking and some cashier responsibilities. Make sure all guests have paid, signed release forms, and are properly ticketed. This is a day only position.
